3.Gold pool leaching process steps
1. Ore crushing:
The raw ore is crushed into particles by a crusher, and the particle size is determined according to the permeability of the mineral, in order to better contact with the solution.
2. Add auxiliary materials and mix well:
Add lime and permeable materials to the crushed ore, and stir evenly
3. Ore leaching:
Place the minerals on top into a gold mining pool and add a solution containing a gold dressing agent to ensure full contact between the ore and the solution.
4. Reaction:
The gold in the gold ore reacts with the gold dressing agent to form a gold complex. The reaction time is generally long, taking several tens of hours or even days.
5. Adsorption:
After the reaction, the solution is subjected to an adsorption step and activated carbon or other materials are used to adsorb the gold complex.
6. Washing:
The adsorbed solution is subjected to a washing step to remove impurities and residual mineral processing agents from the adsorbent, resulting in a pure gold solution.
7. Analysis or electrolysis:
The washed solution is electrolyzed, and gold is precipitated from the solution and deposited on the cathode through the action of current between the anode and cathode.
8. Impurity removal:
The gold obtained by electrolysis is subjected to impurity removal treatment to remove other impurities and obtain high-purity gold.
