Carbon slurry leaching process:
it can be configured as a 10%-15% solution for addition, or it can be directly added to the stirring tank in solid form. The agent concentration in the leached slurry is generally between 0.03-0.1%.
Parameter of the Gold ore dressing agent
(2) Usage process
1. First, use lime or other alkali to adjust the alkalinity of the ore pile or ore pulp to adjust the pH value to 11-12;
2. During heap leaching or pool leaching, prepare a certain concentration of gold extraction agent solution for spraying or immersion according to the optimal leaching concentration determined by the test;
3. During stirring leaching, leaching is carried out according to the optimal ore pulp concentration, gold extraction agent concentration, leaching time and other conditions determined by the test;
4. During the leaching process, the concentration of the gold extraction agent is measured regularly. When the concentration decreases, the gold extraction agent is added in time;
5. Due to the different composition and pH of the ore, the agent should be prepared according to the actual ore amount and the optimal agent concentration obtained in the ore sample experiment, and the gold extraction agent should be added in proportion. The concentration of the gold extraction agent can be tested according to the method provided by our company
(3) Product transportation and storage
1. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-oxidizing, non-radioactive, and has no other transportation hazards. It can be transported by road, rail, sea, and air.
2. The product is easy to absorb moisture and should be moisture-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof, and sealed. It should be placed in a cool and dry place and sealed.
3. The product should be stored in isolation and is strictly prohibited from being mixed with other chemicals and edible items to prevent accidental ingestion by humans and animals.
4. Establish and improve the safe production and use system of this product in accordance with relevant national regulations.
(4) Answers to common questions that customers are concerned about
1. What process is suitable for extracting gold from my gold mine?
A: Which beneficiation method is suitable for the ore is determined by the properties of the ore! Be sure to conduct experiments and then verify! Generally, primary sulfide gold ores and polymetallic gold ores are mainly recovered by flotation processes. Gold-bearing quartz vein-type gold ores, oxidized gold ores, etc. with relatively simple properties generally use leaching processes (heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon slurry, etc.) to extract gold. For situations with more visible gold, gravity separation equipment should be used for pre-recovery.
2. What is the recovery rate of gold extraction by leaching in my gold mine?
A: The accurate and reliable recovery rate should be determined by leaching tests! According to the actual situation on site, the three processes of heap leaching, pool leaching, and carbon slurry stirring leaching can be compared in the laboratory, and the appropriate process and recovery rate can be determined based on the effect. At the same time, the cost and reagent dosage of the entire process will be clear.
3. How to deal with on-site reagent return water and leaching slag tailings?
A: The return water during on-site use contains residual reagents and a small amount of residual gold, which are generally recycled after replenishing the reagents, and there is no waste. The leached tailings are washed with clean water or lime water, and bleaching powder can be used for treatment to meet environmental protection standards.
4. What should I do if I encounter problems during the initial reagent effect test and actual use?
A: When customers are worried about the effect of the reagent, they can mail ore samples to our hospital for test verification and chemical analysis to find out the properties of the ore and verify the recovery rate! We can also mail reagent samples to customers, and the mining companies can verify the effect of the reagents themselves! Our hospital can provide detailed technical guidance or on-site guidance to customers before, during, and after the specific use process.
