The machine consists of a frame, a magnetic drum, a hopper, a feeding device, a transmission belt, a non-magnetic feeding device, a continuously variable speed motor, and other components.
Due to the different magnetic induction forces experienced by magnetic and non-magnetic minerals passing through the magnetic drum, they fall into two different ore receiving tanks, thus achieving the purpose of mineral sorting.
1. During installation, a comprehensive inspection of the machine should be conducted.
2. Place the machine horizontally and firmly.
3. The body is grounded as usual.
4. Adjust the drive drum to a parallel position. Make the transmission operate normally.
5. Adjusting the feeding angle can control the output size.
6. Adjust the operating speed of the magnetic drum or feed size according to the properties and sorting of minerals.
7. The angle of the dividing plate of the rotating feeding device can adjust the grade and recovery rate of the concentrate.
